During my walk I needed a rest-stop. I entered and was greeted kindly. The person took extreme care in taking down my information. Wonderfully charming! My family had to rearrange vacation plans due to covid. I am not familiar with the area so I decided to take a walk to check out OC. During my walk I needed a rest-stop. I found Kelly’s when I was visiting in ocean city by searching for reasonable prices and by reviews. I needed a Brazilian blow out and they recommended Heather to me. All I can say is wow! I was not expecting to find a salon in south jersey with a stylist capable of managing my hair! I have very coarse thick hair and I have to say she did the best blow out I never had and it’s lasting the longest too! I’m not surprised after talking to Heather (Not to mention she is absolutely hilarious and had me laughing the entire time!) That she’s actually from NYC/north jersey with pretty amazing credentials. I would absolutely recommend Heather and Kelly’s salon and their staff is so personable ! Great experience, thank you for my amazing Brazilian blow out!

I could not be happier with the results I received! Came in on stage 1 of turning into a platinum blond and my hair looks fabulous when I left. Not quite Platinum but a beautiful shade of very light blonde that I believe I like better than the Platinum I was going for. Highly recommend
