Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI’ve been going here for years but Hanna is my go to person now (not same Hanna as previous review from different nail salon). I got clear dip powder and gel polish for the colors. Hanna takes the time to listen to what I want and does exactly how I envisioned for my nails. She’s friendly and fast but I didn’t get any cuts. Linda and Joy are also good.This place is always on time and I think they take walk ins but I recommend making an appointment. I’ve been going here for years but Hanna is my go to person now (not same Hanna as previous review from different nail salon). I got clear dip powder and gel polish for the colors. Hanna takes the time to listen to what I want and does exactly how I envisioned for my nails. She’s friendly and fast but I didn’t get any cuts. Linda and Joy are also good.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLess than one star At this point I’m never going here again…it was horrible experience the customer service and the fact that they were rushing it was done poorly. The lady doing my nails kept rushing and throwing my hands around and I also had to keep asking to get the clumps out of my nails and shape them right. Less than one star At this point I’m never going here again…it was horrible experience the customer service and the fact that they were rushing it was done poorly.
