Got my nails done here Tuesday, it is now Thursday and the gel is chipping and a corner of a nail broke. Instead of putting on new tips she just remolded them with powder which made them so thin. I spend almost $60 for nails that didn’t even last 2 days. Watched an older lady walk out because of how she was being treated by staff. Will not come back again.

Critical: Quality, ValueThe place was very clean however I’m very unhappy with the outcome with these nails. $70 for these nails.If I would have known that this wasn’t achievable by the nail tech, I would have done one solid color if I knew they would look this way.The “turquoise” isn’t even straight it goes through the lines, and the lines were so thick. The shaping of the nail is okay to me.but they are so lumpy too!!!I just wish if they knew they couldn’t do it, then don’t tell me yes and make me pay for it. Love this nail salon! They are so friendly and take great care of their customers. The pedicures are amazing and do a great waxing as well. I will continue to go there. Great job Kelly T!!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo I was there with my daughter on Wednesday. I spent over 300.00. $ in your salon. When I got home and we’re able to look closely at my fingernails I could not believe how poorly they were done. I have made an appointment with my regular mailPerson down here in Tucson to fix this mess. They already need to be filled in as of Thursday. The next day. I didn’t want to say anything at first yet the more I look at them the more important it was for me to speak out. Also the “owner” stood there argued with my daughter about the kind of nail my daughter wanted making my daughter very uncomfortable. Only to have one of the other associates do exactly what my daughter requested. Today is my prom, so I went to get my nails done with my family. My seven year old sister (who is autistic) wanted to get her feet done as well. So she sat down, and then 15 minutes or so passed and she asked one of the ladies working “excuse me ma’am, but how long do I keep my feet in?” And the lady then responded “if you want out you can get out” then she asked her male worker to stop my sister’s chair. I said we didn’t want to leave and that she was just asking a question, but I didn’t feel like staying longer. So we left. One of the worst services I’ve ever received and I will not be going back.

Very nice man who did my pedicure and nails however the woman who painted them got it wrong and wasn’t happy,she told Tony the guy who did mine to come take over… He did a great job but 90.00 for my nails after getting a pedicure for 45.

When I first moved here this was the only nail place I went to for service. They do an excellent job. My complaints start with the consistent sell of other products makes me uncomfortable. I can only decline the same product so many times before I get annoyed. Secondly, I suspect they reuse the toe separators after a pedicure because they always ask for them back. Makes me question the other hygiene practices.

Rude, rude, rude. I was told to come back in 30 minutes, then told to come back in another hour. I said I have already left once and didn’t understand why I needed to leave again, lady said, we can’t serve you today. I was not rude to her in anyway shape or form.
