My girlfriend went here while we were in town to get her nails and eyebrows done. The staff was rude and disrespectful, they didn’t do what she wanted at all, and all but ignored her. They also ripped one of her nails off and caused her to bleed. What did they do after injuring her? Put glue and a fake nail over it, and took $5 off. This is after the lady doing her nails up and WALKED AWAY, while she’s bleeding, without saying a word and leaving her there for almost 10 minutes. And at the end, doing her eyebrows, they slammed her head against the chair saying they ‘dropped it too fast’. They screwed everything up, nails and eyebrows included, and still expected a tip after all of that. Worst service ever and the staff was the most disrespectful she’s ever dealt with. Stay far away from this place.

It’s just like m&l nails. I thought I’d try this place, and see how they are. I was seated for my pedicure, and two baggies with nail oil are put on my hands. As soon as the pedicure was finished, two girls took the baggies off my hands and they gave me my manicure. And once again, no relaxing, and no enjoyment. The ole in and out treament. I haven’t been back since, and won’t go back.

I’m surprised tonight very disappointed I have been coming to this place for a long time and my ex mother in law goes here they always seam to do her nails top notch but mine not so much tonight. I had to go back and tell them where to touch up I got fingernail polish on sides were it looks like my kids did it I wont be back here and sadly I like going here and like julie and all them here but your service is beginning to go down hill. I wish I could take a picture of this I mean I know that they can do better I have seen it but anymore last few couple times I have came my nails have looked awful they just lost one of there customers that would have kept if they would have corrected it but obviously they wanted me out quick it was known for that I wont be back

I have been going to Kelly’s since about 2002 and I love this place. The people that work here are top notch and listen to what you want. Not only that but they remember what it is you like as well as your name and great you like family when you come in. Amy is the technician that I usually use but over the years I have had pretty much everyone there do my nails and while they all have their own style and methods they are all excellent. I have not been in years to have my toes or nails done but they still remember me and what I like and great me as family when I get my brows waxed. With the big wedding looming I would not trust anyone else to make my toes and fingers look good for the big day and will be booking a visit for myself AND my fiance (It’s going to be barefoot on the beach and his gnarly feet need a good pedi for pictures! LOL). I can’t say enough good things about this place or it’s people.
