Kelly Nails is absolutely wonderful and the people are so friendly! I highly recommend this place because not only did my nails turn out perfect but they are affordable. They are honest workers and the place was very clean! Tom did my nails for my birthday and they look so beautiful. He was so patient with me as I decided the nail color and we tried multiple different styles for nail art. They are truly amazing and I will be coming back soon!

Today was my first time trying Kelly Nails. I had an awesome experience. Clean and welcoming ambiance with low, relaxing music in the background. Annie did a dip powder manicure on me. I definitely recommend her, she is friendly, detail oriented, and very attentive to the client’s needs. Something unexpected was the free cream she gave me. Overall, I have found the nail lady for me. Will be returning to get more stamps on my stamp card!

Went for a regular mani/pedi was quoted $45, charged $55, then they used “gel” polish instead of regular and after 1.5 hours it still wasnt done. I ended up leaving with not even all my nails polished for $55?!? Don’t waste your time here. Pedicure, Manicure

My first experience there was just ok. It was under new management and everyone seemed a little nervous. So I went to Kelsey’s nails. Unfortunately the lady that did my nails had an attitude problem and was rude and messed up my nails. So I decided to give Kelly nails another try last week. “Lindsey” did my nails and she did a great job! She was way nicer and actually listened to what I wanted. She even corrected the shape of my badly shaped nails. I will be back again to have my nails done.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called at 9:30AM and asked if I could come in at 10 to get just my toes done and they said yes. When I arrived they told me I had to wait, when I asked they did not respond. I waited, and waited, and waited. I waited until 10:56 until two customers came in. They seated these customers and started doing their nails and I was in disbelief. It’s so funny how the last times I got both my nails and toes done they were ready to do my nails even when it was busy. Nice to know that unless you’re spending a whole lot of money here you’re pushed to the side and not treated as a customer. This place is very convenient for me otherwise I would probably find somewhere else. My biggest issue is even when I have an appointment I wait forever because they’re constantly overbooking and double booking and speed rushing through with upset people in the waiting area.

No, no, and no. My normal place was a bit busy, so I decided to try here. HUGE MISTAKE. 1st, it was a bit busy and the nail tech I had was rushing (taller lady with long hair sitting at chair 10). I got a pedicure last week, so I just came in for a color change on my toes. It is the most horrific color change I have ever had. Polish is all over my cuticles and it is spread unevenly.
