Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could rate 0 stars I would. Before I got my nails done I told her the last time I was here she did my nails and 3 broke in the first week of me having them done. I don’t do any rough work to where my nails should be broken. One broke in my sleep. I asked if it’s possible for free repair and she did not say no. She didn’t make it clear that it was a yes either, but kept changing the subject. The lady was also so rude to me. She was speaking rudely to me because I didn’t know what color I wanted yet when she wasn’t even ready to paint them I was still deciding. She was saying I don’t do designs and I told her I don’t want a design I’m just deciding between a couple colors. She hurt my fingers multiple times including when she was ripping off my broken nails. They were still fresh and didn’t want to come off easily. After several tries and me telling her it hurt really bad she decided to wrap them in foil with remover. I had to tell her to fix multiple nail shapings due to them being done poorly. She should know how to do her job properly. I went to pay and she charged me $45 for the broken nails despite me asking her to take them off again at the register due to it not being an error of my own. One I would understand but 3 breaks in a week is not normal. I left and my nails still do not look good and I paid full price. There is also nail polish on my hands. Critical: QualityI got a manicure and pedicure yesterday. The tech was nice and did a great job on my pedicure. My issue comes from the manicure. She cut my thumb up pretty bad and it’s swollen and painful. I have never been this cut up from a nail salon and this isn’t the only finger that was left bleeding. The tech did try to stop the bleeding but the cuts were too deep. I got a manicure and pedicure yesterday. The tech was nice and did a great job on my pedicure. My issue comes from the manicure. She cut my thumb up pretty bad and it’s swollen and painful. I have never been this cut up from a nail salon and this isn’t the only finger that was left bleeding. The tech did try to stop the bleeding but the cuts were too deep. I’m sure I’ll be going to the doctor after this due to my thumb getting worse….
