3 stars is Generous b/c she is really nice but my gel wasn’t good at all. Both my hands & feet were something I could have did at home. I think if she take her time & NOT rush her services will be better! The shop needs a cleaning as well. You will get what u pay for.

Worst experience EVER!!! PLEASE avoid at all cost. Wasted $75 for a sloppy pedicure and a horrible SNS job that she had to fix 3 times before I just gave up on because I was tired of being there and ready to go hope. absolute worst experience imaginable. Their Sunday hours are 12pm-6pm. They opened 30 minutes late. By the time I got in there, I had to wait another 45 minutes before they would see me. The lady doing my pedicure cut two of my toes and rushed through it. The lady that did my nails cut SIX FINGERS and was very careless and kept hurting me!! All of my nails are very un even and one of them actually has a huge chunk missing out of the side. Normally, I would tell someone that I am unhappy and just have them fix the problems. However, I had already spent 30 minutes waiting on them to open and the next 45 minutes waiting my turn (there were only 3 people there) so by the time she was done, I was just ready to get out of there! I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy until they make some changes around there! I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was!

I just took myself and my two best friends to have our nails done. One lady did two of our nails. She never measured our nails, therefore they’re different sizes. She didn’t buff them properly so there’s lumps throughout our nails. She did not do a good job no where near it. Definitely was not worth the price that I just paid when this was suppose to be our Christmas for ourselves!

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismReally nice lady but the business is not clean at alllll! My mom literally had a ROACH crawl in her purse here & had to dump her whole purse out! The business also doesn’t even appear clean without seeing the roaches. I got brows done here they were all right but we won’t be going back.

Asked for a fill in and the shape to be square round. I got some what of a fill in (some we’re not fully filled in) and asked for my nails to be trimmed. She ran a dremmel around them and told me $2 for a trim. And then I have half of my nails rounded off and half of them squared off. she never measured my nails and they are all uneven. Will never go back

Worst experience ever!!! I took my sister-in-law and my two nieces there. I should have run out as soon as I saw how dirty the salon was. Kelly (owner) was very nice and quickly started working on our nails. I got SNS and everyone else did gel. I get my nails done every month where I live and they are much cheaper and so beautiful. I could have done this job myself and saved $30. It is awful! The powder is all over my nails and I cannot remove it. My nails are so uneven it looks like one of my preschool students painted them. My family’s gel nails are not any better. My sister-in-law has gel all over her fingers and the tips are uneven. I am so disapponted. When we left I noticed that Kelly’s license is not even for GA, it is Alabama. Maybe Alabama kicked her out because of her awful work and her nasty salon.

The guy that did my gel nails was in a rush. He did not ask if I wanted my nails clipped or if I liked the way he was doing it.He got the gel all over my skin and the manicure was not a manicure at all. It was a polish. I’m highly dissatisfied.
