I was so worried about how other people talking about after you have eyelash extension. Keico explained to me do’s and don’t’s so after I got educated about the myth I was so relieved and look. I really love everything they do to me and their services was absolutely outstanding. They are all so nice and sweet. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityCalled to book an appt, lady who answered the phone just booked an “appt” didn’t ask me what I wanted or anything. Showed up, so imagine my surprise when they told me what they would do, not ask me what I wanted. Got a set of lashes I didn’t want and to top it off, same lady at front desk told me when I was checking out “oh you can’t do the lash style you want anyways cause your lashes are bad”. Can’t believe this, the lady had the audacity to insult me and then charge me $100 for a service I didn’t want. Also, as the only Chinese customer in there, i saw the staff talking and treating the non Asian customers so nicely. (The lady who actually did my lashes speaks Chinese, and i heard her complaining about me in Chinese) Why is it Asian business owners are always so cruel to Asian customers? Atrocious customer service, charged for a service I didn’t ask for, and then insulted in 2 different languages. Absolutely the best place to go to if you want great eyelashes. Its clean, comfortable, the technicians are properly trained ‘ gentle and nice, the owner is fantastic and more importantly~ AMAZING eyelashes with NO red eyes! I would get them done every month if I could.

It was my first time getting the lashes done and I was very happy with the result. The whole experience was so calming and relaxing that I fell asleep a few times while I was getting it done. Everyone complimented me how natural it looked but still enhanced the whole feature of my face. I highly recommend Keico!
