Got mine and my daughter’s nails done. David did mine (autumn nails) and Summer did my daughter’s (Ghostface nails) and both look very nice. They did it exactly how we wanted and were hospitable. Summer gave my daughter water when her allergies started acting up. Would definitely come back and request the same two people.

Got gel fill manicure on Friday. Went away for the weekend. Every time I put my hand in warm water my nails would be soft and bend. Return to the shop on Monday was told that was because gel was done on my own nails and I should have had a powder overlay first. I have gel fill in for years and this was the first hearing this. . She keep making excuses. I’ve gone to this shop a number of times. Today was my last. I say don’t waste your money at this shop. Go elsewhere.

First time here and did not like it. They greeted me with a smile and the place is clean which is why I rated it 2 stars. But, I wanted a cut down and they did so, but one nail out of all 10 fingers did not get cut down correctly. So now it is the longest nail I have and makes the entire manicure look weird. It would have been fine it was slightly longer…. But you can obviously tell it is the longest fingernail on my hand as well as all 10 fingers together. I tried to tell the man doing my pedicure that I have an acrylic nail on the big toe and it needs to be taken off and he completely ignored me and just put an overlay on instead. Also, I am an African American female that speaks several languages and would occasionally hear remarks about how I looked. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. Also, both the lady and man that were doing my pedicure and manicure continuously threw my hand or foot aggressively to the side. I will not be coming back. Horrible first experience and waste of money.

They have terrible customer service lady tried to over charge me for something I did not want. She tried to switch her words and going to tell me she not going to fix my nail it was my fault so I didn’t get it fixed and she was rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
