At Keep In Touch we offer a wide range of massage therapy specific to your needs. Our New York State Licensed Massage Therapists are experienced in many relaxation and therapeutic techniques. Our Pilates instructors will accommodate students at any fitness level with the personal attention for which we are known.

I have been going to Keep in Touch for over 20 years, I still go even thought it is a 45 minute drive each way. Why? First of all they are incredibly professional and help with my health issues. Secondly, they truly care and treat you like one of the family. I was concerned about visiting during the pandemic but am 100% confident in their protocols and feel safe in their office. I can’t recommend them enough.

Since they reopened after being shut down due to Covid 19, the sanitizing and safety health procedures have been exemplary. I cannot think of anything they have not done to insure the safety of their clients. This is the place to go for a great massage treatment in the safest environment.

Even though the staff is lovely, the massage was bad. Too much pressure on certain areas and not enough in others. Too much time was spent on pointless places where nobody carries tension (like my stomach region). So much time spent on my extremities when I came in for back and neck tension. Partially my fault for not saying anything but for the high price, it should’ve been better.

I am satisfied with the services I received as part of the overall care for the condition I came in with. I would recommend Keep in Touch. Parking can be tough at the main entrance, but go around the back of the building for additional parking.
