I had very nice natural nails-strong and fast growing. After my 3rd visit to this salon my nails are wrecked! I had my ‘powder’ nails removed 2 weeks ago at Kedron Nails and they’re still paper thin and fragile. They filed off so much of my natural nail that there are soft spots and they hurt. I can’t even get a regular manicure because they are so damaged and it’s going to take weeks of strong vitamins and TLC to get them back to normal. Not going back.

Very disappointed, I contacted shop to speak with a specific mail technician which is normal to do, a gentleman answered the phone and handed it to Ve who I know quite well, I asked her what availability she had for next week, she told me that I could come in on Monday morning 10:00am, when I got there she told me I did not speak with her and she could not have schedule. an appt. Because she has a Dental appt. Walked away and started to do someone’s nail, her husband was very disrespectful and told me to leave the shop because I did not have any appt. Not to mention I have referred a lot of my neighbors to her.. I will never go back to that place , husband is very disrespectful. These people have an habit that when there is a misunderstanding the first thing they do is tell you to leave there shop, very rude..

My niece and I visited today, not the best experience. The front man is the problem here (Receptionist/Nail Tech/Manager/Cashier/Translator), didn’t get his name but he is the guy who does the talking. Perhaps he is stressed due to doing to many things at once. The technicians that actually performed our services were lovely, unfortunately the front man soured the encounter. He was rushy, impatient, and outright rude. I don’t think he likes new/unknown customers very much, I would have loved to make this a go-to spot however if you make me feel like an inconvenience, I can certainly take my money elsewhere. I’d prefer broken speech, picture pointing, smiles and/or other non verbal communication over rude English any day.

We’ll, I’m a guy and made an appoint for a particular person yesterday, for today. I arrive from my appointment and found out that that person has been out sick for two days. They had to push my appointment back 30 minutes but then they assured me they could get me in. I returned at the new appointment time and they sat me in the chair for a pedicure five minutes after I arrived but I sat in that chair for 15 minutes waiting for service. Planning is poor. If this were a doctor’s office and the doctor had an emergency I would understand. But this is a nail salon for crying out loud and I’m not gonna wait for an hour. There were other people waiting as well. I believe rather than a focus on volume, management should shift a little focus to customer service. Too many good salons available rather than deal with this level of service.

Thank God for translators !!!…rude and the 1 bald guy I wouldn’t recommend..I asked 3 times to get the polish off he left on m nail..* he then just polished over it….at that point i just wanted it to be over !!! I didnt even want to get my nails done after this….wouldnt recommend…

The gentleman said he had a new, innovative way of doing SNS nails. That was a lie. It’s acrylic that he is passing off as SNS. My natural nails that I’ve grown out for over 8 months with SNS have to be cut off, because this clown is trying to mix cheaper products. It makes sense why he insists on you coming back for his “durable” mixture.

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited 30 minutes in a chair for a 15 minute pedicure that was incredibly rushed through. The promise of an “invigorating foot massage” is an absolute lie and scam. They slap some lotion on your feet and wipe you with a scalding hot towel. Nothing about the experience was relaxing. It was stressful, painful, and a waste of my time and money. For 30+, I should get what is promised in the price. I will never be returning nor will I ever recommend this place to any of my friends or family. You guys should be ashamed.
