I’m not really thrilled with the out come of my nails. The color is patchy, some nails are not even there’s lumps of gel paint on them. It’s very hard to talk to the girls doing your nails. But they always have walk ins open and is a fair price

I went to this salon and spent almost $200 only to get home and realized that my cuticles we’re not done properly. I normally see Ke but she was out sick and I had New Years plans so I agreed to allow another young lady to do my nails. I called and voiced my displeasure but was unable to get an appointment for 4 days later. Upon showing up for my appointment which I admit I was 12 minutes late but did call to inform her, she had two people there waiting for her. When one of the young ladies came to ask me about my nails I said no I want Ke and she informed me that she was only taking off my polish so I followed her. As soon as I sat down she picked up the drill to remove my polish I asked her not to use that my nails are natural and the drill weakens them. She said something to Ke in their language and told me to go to Ke’s station. Once I sat down I sensed an attitude and when I told her I didn’t want the drill she said that it was too much work. At first thought I wanted to turn up but my spirit took a hold of me and I got up and walked out. Now I understand that people have bad days because clearly she wasn’t herself but the bottom line is that I paid for a service and I feel disrespected and I just want to make it known that it is my right when taking care of myself to find a service provider that is not only able to conduct themselves professionally but to right a wrong to maintain a satisfactory business relationship. I am disappointed and wanted to share this with all of you.

I came in for a pedicure. The woman asked me a question and I didn’t understand her so, she rolled her eyes and just proceeded without trying to ask me again therefore, I got the basic pedicure and wasn’t given any of their options. They also offer an additional fit rub for an extra fee. I was not offered this. Since I was with my niece, I knew everything I wasn’t being offered so, I was aggravated the entire time. Terribly rude service. I’ll never return.
