I had a appointment, in the afternoon. I showed up 5 minutes early. I saw the stylist that was going to do my hair, and she told me to wait 30 minutes, until she could see me as she was doing someone else’s head at the time. 40 minutes now goes by and they is still no update, up to almost a hour hour then I finally ended up leaving and taking my service elsewhere. This shop is the definition of terrible customer service.

I do most of my shopping at Nordstrom rack and I have visited a lot of stores but this was probably one of the best tracks I have been to. Excellent selection of trendy and fashionable apparel and great deals. The store was very clean and tidy. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is a true fashionista 🙂
