Probably the worst set of powder nails I have ever had done.. on top of that when I was getting a Pedicure done the girl left in the middle of Pedicure to go wax eyebrows and I sat there for awhile until this man came over to I guess finish what she couldn’t do and was to rough with my feet. To pricey for poor work.

i should have read the reviews about this place and i’m not usually one to complain about a business but i will never be coming back here!! i got a simple pedicure and the guy was so rough and filed my toenails down extremely short that they bled and it hurt tremendously! all the other reviews said the same thing so it’s very disappointing that they continue to allow this type of service.

I’m not one to try to hurt a business or complain but….. a man did my nails for about an hour and not only were they fat and ugly he cut me on not one but multiple fingers on my cuticles.They then moved me with another lady who attempted to fix my nails…..for another hour. I have to mention the design I chose wasn’t anything crazy, it was a french tip. Super disappointed.

Positive: ProfessionalismI went to Kim for years and was always satisfied. She does excellent work and if I had a nail break she always fixed it at no charge. I moved a little over 3 years ago to Washington and can’t find a salon that can do a decent pedicure or manicure. I sure miss be able to go to Kim to get them done.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Wasn’t very comfortable. I felt very rushed and didn’t get to relax while I got my feet done because Kim was in a rush and was filing my nails while I was getting my pedicure. Very rude. Basically forced my hand uncomfortably twords her for her to glue and cut the nails down. Messy nails not filled evenly. Will never go again. The only ones who are pampered are the regulars I guess. I had a very rough day, and I just want to relax… So I paid a babysitter and I went and relaxation is definitely not what I got
