Critical: QualityBefore the service started I requested my nails be filed down really well. I wanted them flat vs round and circular looking. I’m completely dissatisfied with the acrylic, gel nail service that I was provided. Upon expressing my concern I never once received an apology. Horrible quality of service and even worse customer service. I would not recommend if you care what your nails look like. I’m completely dissatisfied with the acrylic, gel nail service that I was provided. Upon expressing my concern I never once received an apology. This establishment should be out of business the way they treat their customers. When a customer is not satisfied with the quality of their nails, they should do everything thing possible to make it right. The manager argued with me about the shape of my nails. As a customer and Principal of a school, customer service is what keeps your business open. You will never get my business again and I will do everything in my power to keep people out of that nail salon. Trash is the only way to define this nail salon.

Dawn helped my poor nails out. They had SNS and had been cracked and all different lengths (I didn’t have time to make them pretty on my own). She took her time really making sure all of the dip powder was taken off while making sure I was comfortable. She was very detailed and did such a great job making my nails look wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and professional and followed covid protocols. I will definitely be back again.

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityMy mother-in-law has a hard time with her ingrown nail. Viví and Hanna have done a good job on her Pedicure. Place is clean and organized, they autoclave their equipment which is a must! Not all Nail and Spa do that.Service: Pedicure

I really wanted to like it here BUT the quality of my bio gel is poor. Usually bio gel lasts me 4-5 weeks with no lifting . I’ve barely had the bio gel on a week and it’s already lifting . Their prices are high and the nail art was not executed , the technician was unable to find a natural nail color to match what I requested . The pedicure was nice and the technician that did my pedicure did a great job But the price is a little hefty. I will not be returning here or recommending this place.

I was soooo disappointed and dissatisfied with the services I always go here back to the services but this time was the last time don’t go waste your money here I didn’t get want I wanted my nails were poorly done and the service took 2 hours to be completed and I was still dissatisfied! I called back to make a complain and I all wanted a color change and never call the call back! Thanks a lot to management IS POORLY RUN!!!!!!! This was my first time ever getting my nails done professionally and let me say that I was worried at first. I searched through reviews of all types of salons and it was so hit or miss however, I took a chance on this one and I am THRILLED I did! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, the salon itself is beautiful and clean! My nails were very short and in poor condition when i went in and when I left they are so beautiful! I was soo relaxed the whole time! If you’re worried about reviews I highly recommend taking a chance on this nail place, they are wonderful!
