Critical: Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely horrible experience. I went to this nail salon today with my mother. Once we arrived there were 3 nail techs, two of which were already assisting customers. The third technician assisted my mom with a pedicure . I waited for 40 minutes to be helped. After becoming increasingly frustrated, I asked when I would be serviced. I was told that the technician helping my mom is almost finished however she did not do acrylic (which is what I wanted done). I informed them that I wanted acrylic and was told that she has another customer on the way and she thought I wanted a pedicure. After the customer arrived, the tech asked me if I wanted to wait until after she finished this customer. I told her no and she started the customer anyways. I walked out and went to another nail salon. I was in the salon for approximately an hour and did not get serviced. Absolutely horrible experience. I went to this nail salon today with my mother. Once we arrived there were 3 nail techs, two of which were already assisting customers. The third technician assisted my mom with a pedicure . I waited for 40 minutes to be helped. After becoming increasingly frustrated, I asked when I would be serviced. Critical: Quality, ValueIt’s been 2 weeks since I’ve gotten my pedicure and manicure. My pedicure is fine, but I’m very disappointed with my gel manicure. It’s not supposed to chip off easily until the next few weeks come by. I won’t come back here again!Services: Pedicure, Manicure
