I’ve been going to them for about a year…. And I finally had enough and had to find a different nail salon. I always get a full set or a fill in. Each time I get my full set, my nails always happen to break off within a week. What really drove me to stop going to them was when my boyfriend made me get my nails done Tuesday to go to my grandparents house in Chicago on Friday. He ended up proposing to me and lone behold 4 nails had already came off. There customer service is terrible, and they are terrible at what they do. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not a fan of the charging men more than women for the same service but this establishment isn’t the first to do it so I wasn’t shocked by the price difference. “Two” took care of me and I will definitely be going back here for all my pedicures.

My nails and painted with gel paint. The fill overlapped my cuticles and my nail was not even with the fill. OMG a older gentleman did my Ped!!! He had the most negative energy!!! 1. He didn’t want to do to the service. 2. He half done the job. 3 He keep pushing my feet down in bowl! I will never I mean never come back here!! Sometimes we think we have to accept less because the majority resides in our hood! That shouldn’t be so!!! ladies and gentlemen!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My nails look terrible half don’t even have acrylic I asked her to add more to the root of my nails and all she did was make them thicker you can still see my natural nail. My nails are all shapes and sizes none of my nails look the same. It also smells kinda weird. And customer service was terrible.

They are really big! Did not have to wait. There are different priced pedicures. I got the 3rd one. I got the works! Foot massage, hot towels. I usually feel cheated when i get a pedicure because they are done in 20 min, but this took almost an hour! So worth it! I would suggest to get the most expensive one because of all of extra pampering.

I LOVE Nina!!! She did an amazing job and I am super picky….will definitely be going back!!! My daughter also got her nails done and the lady was very sweet and gentle with her. I watched them put clients in pedicure chairs that weren’t sanitized after previous clients. Very dangerous seeing that they were removing dead skin and cutting peoples cuticles. They also did not use liners, or sanitize equipment.
