Travel alot for work. By chance I went into KC Relax spa hoping to get the knots in my back worked out. Upon entering I was impressed with the clean comfortable ambiance. Then I met Cici, who is a knock out beauty. She gave me the best massage ever! Worked out all the knots in my back. I left feeling like a new man! Best massage in the Bay area!

I had a extremely unpleasant experience at this facility. I called and made an appointment for a 1 hour massage. I was told on the phone it was not busy and come now. Upon arrival I am shown to room, payed the 1 hour fee and massage begins in few minutes. Less then 5 minutes later another customer rings bell and she excuses herself to let them in. She then returns and says they are to busy for a 1 hour massage and wants me to change to a 30minutes massage and overs to refund $20. I told her no, I called made appt. they can wait or come back. She leaves and another woman comes in and says to busy for 1 hour. I tell her same thing, why did you make appt. I told them to worry about me and not other people since I was already there. She asks if I would wait for the other persons massage and then they can do an hour. I again tell her no, that is unacceptable, I made an appt.
