Well first of all the lady wasn’t the nicest when greeting me. Then she was overly rough with my feet rushing to get done I guess and hurting my feet not doing a good job on the pedi. She not only hurt me with the cuticle tool and was poking me with it but she filed my toes really short and there was a long black hair on my freshly painted toes. It was not enjoyable whatsoever and I probably won’t come back here ever again. Also I sat here for an extra 30-45 mins waiting to pay for my toes that were not well done.

I had an apt on Saturday to have a mani and pedi, it was for 1:00 I actually arrived at noon, they were able to get me in at noon. I picked my colors they are red and green, I wanted to have the Grinch put on my ring fingers. I was told yes he could do this, then as I’m getting my toe nails painted he comes over and tells me no he could not do it. I was very upset, I said to him you really can’t take 10 min to put the Grinch on two of my nails and he said NO and walked away. I SPENT $70.00 TO BE TOLD HE COULD AND THEN COULDN’T DO MY RING FINGER! I use to go there monthly but I think it time to find another nail salon who can take the time to do what’s ask of them, very disappointed and upset. I will be calling in morning and asking to come in and get my Grinch put on my nails
