I have been coming here for years and since the management, and the last few months the quality is decreasing. Last time, I filed and reshaped myself. The time before that, I had an appointment but was put after the walk in people. This time I didn’t even get what I asked for. Mid way through both services, a full set and organic pedicure, two other people walked in, and then my services were rushed to finish. I asked for acrylic to be put on my natural nails. Lisa took it upon herself to give me square nails. When I asked her to reshape, she and the other technician started to yell at me and refused to give me any money back or to reshape because she already spent a lot of time on me… even though my services were noticeably shorter than any other time I have gone in.

Critical: QualityWanted to try this place cause reviews I read seemed to be good so I thought my daughter and I would try. I paid $120 for a gel pedicure and gel acrylic nails for my daughter. WHAT THE HELL. I’ve never paid that much. Service is ok. Not the best. Place is clean, but no prices listed and they show what pedicures they have available then she takes the card so quickly. $65 bucks for my daughters to have tiny crooked nails and another $55 for a gel polish pedi! Wanted to try this place cause reviews I read seemed to be good so I thought my daughter and I would try. I paid $120 for a gel pedicure and gel acrylic nails for my daughter. WHAT THE HELL. Only two women were working & the woman doing my nails didn’t have any idea what she was doing but proceeded to keep touching my nails. She made them all crooked, & then proceeded to filing my nail down 3 LAYERS. She filed them down so much that also one of the fake press ons broke off. She didn’t know how to even put the powder gel on & then proceeded to scraping it off with a napkin. I told them to stop because my once healthy nails were so damaged within that hour that I left without them done. I found out that the woman doing my nails was actually THE OWNER & that she was not a licensed nail tech & didn’t know how to do nails. This is the best nail salon and spa in Morgan Hill, even in San Jose! I have tried many nail salons and this one stands out for its lovely pampering atmosphere. The secret is Ryan, the owner/operator. Ryan makes everyone feel like family, whether you’re a customer or an employee. As soon as you walk in you are quickly attended to. Very little or no waiting here. All the usual salon services are here at very reasonable prices. Your time is valued and you are given quick but expert service. As soon as you sit down you get a cool or warm beverage of your choice. I like the attention to detail–the up-to-date pedicure chairs, matching cushions, artistic touches, and soothing music from my era, (which seems to appeal to most ages!) I can’t say enough to highly recommend Ryan and his team. He deserves many positive reviews! I always go here when I can. Enjoy!

Based on other reviews here it looks like they normally do a decent job so maybe I went an off day, but they accidentally cut my cuticle too far to the point of minor bleeding. It was also expensive considering I was barely there for 30 minutes for both a mani and pedi and I felt very rushed the whole time. Very disappointed considering I rarely get pedicures and was expecting better from a place that got such great reviews.

A bit expensive but definitely worth it. I came in for a Re-fill and Jenny did an amazing job. I usually drive from Prunedale to Gilroy but I will be coming to Jenny now. She’s so patient and definitely gives her best job on your nails. I will be back!
