If I could put zero stars I would. Worst experience I’ve had so far. I didn’t want to review it at first because I understand some times our scalps can be allergic to hair dyes or chemicals and it goes away in a few days. BUT it’s been a month already and my scalp and hair are still so dry, itchy and has dandruff. I never had these problems until after I got my hair done. The lady who did my hair left the hair dye for way too long because she was busy trying to do everyone’s hair at the same time. Thanks to that now my hair is falling in chunks and my scalp is still super irritated. She practically burned my scalp from the leaving the hair dye for way too long.To top it off she didn’t even do my hair the color I asked her too and how I told her not to put dye in my roots. Don’t recommend going here if you want irresponsible people handling your hair.

Critical: Quality, ValueI am very annoyed with the women who I had my appointment with (she has pink hair). She bleached my sweater. All along the back side of my sweater has bleach stains. I do not understand how this could of happened. I understand that there could have been a little bit by the collar, but it is the entire backside. It completely ruined my sweater. I am very annoyed with the women who I had my appointment with (she has pink hair). She bleached my sweater. All along the back side of my sweater has bleach stains. I do not understand how this could of happened. I understand that there could have been a little bit by the collar, but it is the entire backside. It completely ruined my sweater.
