KBS Nail Bar is an experience! It was my first time having my nails done with Dip powder. My nails came out beautiful! I decided upon arriving that I also wanted a pedicure. They recommended their Luxury Pedicure. It was heavenly!! Being massaged with oranges and lemons, who knew fruit could make your feet and legs feel so good! The establishment is clean, the atmosphere relaxing, and Kim and the staff were very nice and welcoming! I will go back and highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming to this nail bar for a little over a year now and I’ve never had such great experiences while at a nail salon. Everyone is very nice, professional, and accommodating. They are great at communicating how the service is conducted and while it’s being conducted. Drinks and snacks are also available while you’re being serviced. Recently I had the pleasure of being a lash model for Salena, the esthetician. The service performed was a natural set of lashes. I loved them!! I was very pleased with how the lashes came out. The way she placed the lashes compliments my eye shape which is exactly what I asked for. While I was being serviced, Salena made sure I was comfortable by providing a soft blanket and having small talk. She made sure to explain and provide tools to help with the aftercare for the lashes. Overall, this is great place to find any of your beauty needs while being surrounded by professionals that create a warm and welcoming environment. Highly would recommend for anyone looking for a new salon!!

I’ve been going to KBS for almost two years and love it!! The owner Kim and her staff are lovely and welcoming and make me feel comfortable every time!! Kim greets all her clients by name. This was the third shop I’ve been to on my nail journey, and You don’t get this type of service from other salons!! They offer so many different services. I’ve only been getting my nails done because I’m a plain person, but due to the cleanish, hospitality, and professionalism. I try my first facial, and now I’m on to my second one, so it’s now one of my favorite ways to treat myself. Then I really stepped out of the box and got eyelash services, and even know it’s only been a few days with them on, I’m enjoying them—all of the services I had here. I will keep going back for all three services. I love how they always remind me to reach out if there’s ever a problem with anything I have not needed to do so far. 10/10 recommend!!!

This nail salon is peak artistry and customer service. Kim puts so much work into your nails that if they chip, break, or become damaged after your service, she will take the time to fix your nails for FREE! That’s how much she stands behind her work and the work that comes out of this salon. I’ve never had an instance during my service where I wasn’t asked if I liked how my nails looked, and if I didn’t, they would immediately adjust to suit my needs. I’ve never had better service while getting my nails done anywhere. This is truly a gem in the heart of East Liberty and I’m so grateful for these folks and all their hard word.

Very conscientious about hygiene – specific procedures for check in, temperature taking, masking, hand washing. Plus plexiglass barrier between seat and nail tech. Pedicure was very thorough, very fast and I loved that the tech dries the nails for you.
