I have been here a few times and have always loved my nails. This review is just my opinion on the new products they are using. I recently came in to get my nails done for a vacation, they have a new product Gel extensions- I cannot recommend it. I had 1 nail pop off after 5 days and another 2 days after that. They have done acrylic and gel and I have never had a problem.

I am so happy I found this place!! It is about 15 minutes away, but totally worth the drive. I have been doing gel manicures for awhile now, but the gel was lifting after 1&1/2 weeks. I decided to try KB Nails due to the online reviews. Diane recommended dip powder as my nails are tender. I was so excited that the dip lasted for 3 weeks!! Never going anywhere else!!

Great place, loved the acrylic nails I got there! Sadly they were priced at $40, yet I paid $70. They made me aware of an option I chose that added $7 onto the price, and even after I have a generous tip, the price came up to almost twice as much! For simple nails, I’m sad they costed so much. Other than that I loved this place. Perfect if you have some extra cash you want to treat yourself with!

They also did a mani pedi for my niece and most places don’t really like working with kids but they were so friendly and patient with her! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time I came in and just walked in , they were kind and attentive! I’ve been debating writing this review. My mom and I have been coming here since they opened to get pedicures. In august we went and got pedicures. When we sat down our water was cold and our nails weren’t shaped when being done. I got little crystals on my toes and they all fell off within two weeks. I’m really sad because we loved going to kb

This place is the worst. I used to get my lashes done here ALL the time. Usually would take two hours and the last few times it took an hour and 15 minutes. You notice the difference because of how rushed it was and they didn’t stay on long either. The last time I went in, I asked Mira if my lashes (which were growing back from the last time) would hold up with the lashes, she said yes. So I went ahead with Hybrids. She finished in an hour and by that night they had ALL fallen off. The next day I was leaving overseas for a month. I asked her to venmo my money back and she said i’d have to come in for it. I explained to her my situation and she said “store policy” excuse me, that wasn’t your policy before when you had people “venoming” tips. Highly disappointed in the customer service here and will never be coming back. Save your money and go to Rainbow Nails by Beto’s! They are a million times better!
