Every time I’m in town visiting my friend, I make sure we schedule pedicures at Kay’s. Clean space, masked employees & customers, great service. They have a huge selection of colors, the nail techs really know what they’re doing, employees are always wonderfully nice, and my gel pedicure lasts forever. Very happy and can’t wait to go back.

I love my nails every time I leave here! When I worked in Newark and Wilmington, everyone I met with great nails told me they got them done at Kay’s in Wilmington. The prices are reasonable (even more so if you pay with cash), they can get you scheduled fairly quickly, and you leave knowing your nails look amazing. This is the only place in the county I get my nails filled now.

A gentlemen did my nails. He probably answered 15 calls while doing my fill. Took over an hour. Cut 2 nails at the cuticle with the drill. Still hurts after 3 days. Sat and waited for my pedicure. After over 2 hours I went to pay and expected to pay $56 and he says it’s $69. It turns out the girl that did my pedicure didn’t ask which one I wanted and decided to give me the one that was $5 higher. When I asked about the other difference in price he said he replaced 2 nails which I understand but then said he charged for a nail cut down. I’ve never been charged for a nail cut down. I hate to be nickel and dimmed just say your prices up front.
