I am in between about this place and here’s why. Everyone was very nice. The lady that did my toes and nails was very sweet and she took her time. My toes look amazing with the gel polish and so did my nails but…. When she did my nails she didn’t trim my my cuticles or push them back and she didn’t really trim my real nails which are kind of long before she put the acrylic on. It hasn’t even been a week and my one of my nails cracked and the the other one has a chip in it, they feel really thin. I am a stay at home Mom and I’m not rough on my nails at all for this to even happen. I spent almost $200 in there so I am extremely disappointed in this.

I wouldn’t even give them one star rating. I had a 10:30 appointment that I made last Friday and after arriving at 10:15 and tell them I have an appointment and picking out a colour that had sit there for an hour. After being there for an hour management states that they are short staffed and have to go by who signed in first. What about those of us who have appointments management says they have to work this way due to being short staffed. I had an appointment why would you acknowledge my appointment have me sit there for an hour and tell me your going by who signed in first. So stupid I will never again go there it’s so sad it really is. Worst business ever worst customer service. They don’t deserve that one star rating.

Good place to get you nails done. My tech was Randy she does good job. I got my pedi and mani done. Randy did her job keenly. I liked the service here. I will keep coming to this place

I had a spur of the moment pedicure with my mom from out of town. BEST!!! Experience!!! The tech that did my feet and nails helped my daughter have a great experience as well. He sat her in a comfy chair Then kept checking on her for me as he could see my concerns every 20 minutes or so. She told me later in the car that SHE wanted her toes done. When I offered to do them later, she said “No mom! I wanted HIM to do them”! Lol. I guess we’ll be going back for her birthday

Went here on the strength that I couldn’t get in anywhere else that day. I called and they gave me a time to come. I arrive exactly on time and they took 3 ppl in front of me and told me to come back in 30m and they would actually hold my spot this time. They took me straight back when I came back but the pedi chairs was so dirty. Then the lady rushed the job. She didn’t do something’s on one foot as she did on the other. It was a very mediocre pedi. I asked for French tips and she was definitely incapable of doing them. They looked as if I did them myself so I asked her to remove it and just do a full color. Again the paint job was mediocre and started chipping 1-3d later. Honestly I could’ve did the whole pedi and paint myself and did a better job.

ABSOLUTELY HERE FOR IT! from the time I walked through the door from, the time I sat in the chair, from the time my technicians did my feet and my nails.Excellent customer service skills very nice and had really nice alcoholic drinks loved it! finally found a place that would do my nails without attitude
