In that time I’ve watched and been honored to have her excel in her career as a hair stylist. She’s a master colorist, cuts hair like nothing I’ve ever seen and more importantly she’s got integrity.She takes great pride in her work and even more pride in providing even better customer service. Every time I’m waiting for my appointment to start (I always get there a few minutes early) I’m in awe of the knowledges dedication, and honestly she provides with the person in her chair.She would rather have someone walk out than ruin their hair. She would never even begin to process, heat, or style someone’s hair if she thinks it will damage it in anyway. But that’s Breanne. Where do I begin?

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhere do I start?! Breanne Kadrmas was recommended to me by my boss… I was asked to text the number that Breanne had used to contact me. 20 minutes of waiting and not hearing anything back I was about to leave when a girl comes right out of the door as yells across the parking lot of I’m who she’s looking for. I walk up to the door and the girl goes “yeah, we’ve been looking for you. You’re late”. It had been a long day at work, so I decided to look past the snotty way she was speaking to me.I had asked for a root touch up (I am a normal bleach and tone, and had just done a full bleaching 5weeks before) instead of getting a normal root touch up Breanne started applying bleach all over. Okay…. so maybe she just didn’t understand what I was asking for? So that’s fine, I’ve explained how well I take care of my hair although not ideal we’ll just go with it. Well, she brings out a dryer and proceeds to leave me under the dryer for 1 hour! My scalp started burning after 15 minutes and I just turned the dryer off myself and waited for her to come back. (I’ve never been put under any kind of dryer in the 10+ years of bleaching my hair. My hair lifts quickly) She comes over pokes at my scalp and says “You still have a orange band around your head, so just a little longer” as soon and she walked away I turned the dryer off. 20 minutes go by and she comes back over and started yelling across the salon to another guest telling him that he shouldn’t have distracted her by talking to her outside, that she almost forgot she has a client and laughed about it. At this point I just wanted the bleach off my head and to get the hell out of here. After shampooing my hair she starts to brush through it with her fingers aggressively (before any conditioning) as she walked around I could see MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF MY HAIR COVERING HER HANDS! she starts to laugh and say that she was a little more harsh with my head today because she wanted to see if my hair could take it, and that she was shocked it did. I have 2 scalp burns in the back of my head, hair that is so beyond damaged, and my bill after tip was almost $200. I feel ripped off and will NEVER recommend this chop shop to anyone! Good customer service goes a very long way ladies. The owner of this place should make sure her employees get some proper training.Where do I start?!
