Best beauty supply for variety of braiding hair and latch hook styles. Large variety of wigs & track hair. Prices are higher but you won’t find most of colors/styles anywhere else.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I asked to see the different color options for 3 wigs and the owner and her employee acted like I asked them to build the Pyramids (blatant eye-rolling and sighing). I heard the owner berating him for bringing out the color options for the first two wigs, but he told me to try the wig on first before asking for color options. Didn’t know customers could even try them on (no signage or anything and COVID is still around). Okay, no worries. I try on some of the models on my own and when I find one that is super cute, I guess I made the mistake of telling the owner that 1. I tried this one on and liked it and 2. wanted to see the color options for it. She proceeds to tell me that they can’t spend their time pulling out every color for me and that I should know which color options work for me. How do you know, ma’am? I like all kinds of colors! And I really wanted this wig but her attitude turned me all the way off. Even if they had other color options (which you didn’t for the wig I liked), the damage was done. They will never see me again. Perhaps come up with a better system for organization and then it won’t be such a task. Go to Pink Beauty Supply on Colfax and Chambers instead. They’re superior in everything from organization to customer service.

I was a regular customer till one day she wanted to accuse me of stealing and treated my daughter’s and I horrible. Never would I ever go in there again. I grabbed a product to read the ingredients while I looked around for other products I needed. After I read the ingredients I placed the gel back because it was alcohol base and would dry my daughter’s curls out. As we went to leave she started screaming to go through my purse for the gel and said she was missing one but couldn’t even tell me what I had grabbed I showed my purse despite her rude approach and she kept accusing us of taking something so I walked out and never returned. I spend hundreds of dollars on product, refuse to ever give her another dime.

I purchased Elasta QP Glaze and when I got home and opened it the container was half empty. The container felt light when I picked it up but this is the 1st time I’ve used this so I thought it was just a light glaze little dud I know half of it was already gone. My suggestion is make sure you check if you’re purchasing items like this that no one has already taken half of it and put it another bottle or that the store is not selling a $9 bottle of glaze and taken half of it out. Very disappointed.
