Critical: QualityHave used this salon twice now rendering the same out come each time! Had my nails dipped and within a couple days the polish chipped. The tech Jack is fast and I can’t help but wonder if he is forgetting a step in order to bring you back sooner? Have never had a issue with my dipped nails chipping. This technique is hard as nails and has to be taken off with special polish remover so what’s the deal with chipping? Have used this salon twice now rendering the same out come each time! Had my nails dipped and within a couple days the polish chipped. The tech Jack is fast and I can’t help but wonder if he is forgetting a step in order to bring you back sooner? Have never had a issue with my dipped nails chipping. Had a 5:15 appointment, someone calls at 3:30 tells me to come at 5:45. they do my pedi and then tells me they can only take my polish off my hand because they didn’t have time. I got charged 40 bucks. I didn’t get half off and no one even offered me anything. I didn’t even get an apology. I told them I was going to a wedding. They had no heart. so I’m on a flight tonight to go to my son’s wedding tomorrow rushing to get my nails done in Oregon. Never again.when I have them the 40 bucks I said thank you no one in the shop didn’t even say thanks.

WOW!!! This is an awesome place. Wheelchair accessible parking too!! Clean shop, super friendly staff, terrific massage chairs while getting your feet pampered with an outstanding pedicure at a very fair price!! Highly recommend you give them a try, you will love them!! They have all the bells & whistles as other salons but are super friendly and a great way to pamper yourself for less money than the rest. They also have a wide variety of product to choose from and don’t mind if you bring your own color with you!! I know you will be happy you went there!! I highly recommend them, and yes I am pretty picky about who does my manicures and pedicures!!

Nails don’t last, nail polish is opi (gel on acrylic) and it chips fasts they redid my nails as first day they were all peeling up. Three days later all chipped at tips, don’t waste your money go to a better salon.
