Just got one of the most beautiful fills ive ever had from Nicki! Her attention to detail was incredible, and she was very friendly and did an overall fabulous job. She said she was relatively new to doing nails professionally, but the nails I got done today would make me think she’s been doing this for many years. Everyone at Kayla’s does a great job, but Nicki was definitely exceptional!

The best nail shop on mains street/ rivergate area. good service. I should have took before pics, but This fill in set was a whole bunch of fixing what the shop down the street messed up. Kayla fixed my shape completely and picked the right color based on my description. I didn’t have to ask for her to correct it, she just did. It was so bad, her husband asked if I did my nails myself. smh .But I came out with nails I meant to have in the first place. Nice, clean, coffin, soft.

Honestly, I will never come back here again. First off, you can make an appointment but they will still have you wait an hour and act like you are unreasonable to expect the appointment to be honored. I get that you take walk-ins but if someone planned ahead and made an appointment, the walk-in should be the one waiting?? It took TWO HOURS to get two people’s nails dipped. I am 10 days out and my nails are chipped all over. I have never, not one time, had powder dip nails chip on me. They covered the nails with gel polish and did not use the light so they also have fingerprints all over them. I asked for tips and somehow the guy cuts all my nails down to my shortest one and “doesn’t think I need tips”. My nails are like not long – not even remotely – why is this YOUR decision, dude? The old lady that works there (sorry, not sure on name) killed my daughter’s cuticles to the point that her nail beds were BLOODY. Why on earth would you be so rough on a child’s cuticles that they bleed? Even my daughter said she never wants to go back to this place because “they don’t care.”

So happy I decided to try Kayla’s nails out. Finally found a nail salon in Hendersonville! They did a GREAT job on my nails (I got dip) and saw Sonnie (he did great!). Nothing was rushed and nothing looked bad when I left. I was also not there for hours either. They seemed to really care and assured me that if my nails chip they would fix it no problem. Assured me it should last 3-4 weeks. All other salons I have been to in Hendersonville, I’ve left unhappy and out $60 and the nails would end up chipping after 2 weeks. This place was a completely different experience.

I never review these places because I like to keep them a secret but… this is my favorite nail salon in all of middle Tennessee!!! They ALWAYS do a good job and they always fix my nails if I get them done poorly somewhere else. Kayla can do any design. They did my wedding nails, engagement photos nails, bach party nails…they’re the salon I can trust to do an outstanding job every time. TLDR: fresh to death

I have written a formal Professional Licensing Support Services Complaint, for how I was treated and the two cuts on my feet. As well as the recording of the phone call after my appointment where I was accused of not having money to pay. Kayla is very disrespectful. I ask for gel on my toes and regular polish on my hands and she said that I should do gel on my fingers even though I wanted regular polish and kept pushing the issue. Even when I said I want regular polish twice then she says it’s only $10 more and after I told her that’s not what I want it she still had the idea of giving me gel nail polish. So at the end of my appointment I told her I didn’t want anything because I couldn’t get what I wanted and she had a clear attitude. I paid for the services that I received and left no tip because at this point her professionalism had went out the window. Also, I have been going here for three years and they have always said goodbye thank you I’ve been extremely polite upon me, walking to the register to pay, but since I was giving no tip, I was so nasty attitude. Shown nasty attitudes.
