My nail tech was Kieu and she was amazing! She paid attention to detail and was very thorough. She continually asked me if I liked what I was getting which I very much respected. I seen some reviews regarding “wait times” but a simple call or appointment will help your time management. To me that also just proves the thoroughness of their efforts even more. Found my new shop✔

Great atmosphere..but I won’t be going back. I came in this evening around 6pm. I paid 60$ for a dry feet pedicure for my feet to come out very dry and missed nail polish from my last pedicure….Maybe had the hot towels in my legs for 2 minutes and the hot stone I paid 10$ extra to make my pedicure 60$ for maybe 2 minutes as well..very unhappy. I thought I found my new nail salon!

If I could give them a 0, I would. Great customer service, for some. Barely acknowledged half of the other customers. The lady who did my nails literally bounced between me and 2 others, and kept all of us waiting an hour past closing time. She was out of the first three colors we asked about, then a person after us asked for the same thing and she suddenly had it. Come to find out this other person was a regular, and we weren’t and will never be. I got acrylics, and they were very thin. My friend got a full acrylic gel set and they didn’t allow enough dry time so it is peeling. Do not recommend this place AT ALL. Go anywhere else.

The pedicure process was rushed not very relaxing. I also asked for a thin layer of acrylic without the plastic tips. My nails are too thick and already chipping off after 4 days. The nail tech did not do anything with my cuticles. No push back, soak or trim. So my nails already look like they need a fill. And for $65 I am super disappointed and will not go back to this salon. I spent a total of $135 after two and feel super taken advantage of.

Mary did her pedicure both times and did an excellent job both times. She takes the time to make sure everything is okay, is the color still okay, are the towels warm enough etc. Mary is also very good at visiting with her and makes sure she is comfortable.
