I’m very disappointed. I found Kayla online. She had all five star reviews so I was really looking forward to this massage. I have been suffering from low back pain. This massage was….well, strange and inconsistent. She worked on my left side a lot more than my right. Her nails or ring kept scratching my back. For a half hour she ran her thumb up and down my legs. When I told her I really didn’t need any more work on my legs and I was more concerned about my back, she stopped and gave me this look and was like, well the legs are connected to your back pain. I’m sorry. But you didn’t explain anything as you went. To me it seemed like you were tired. Almost like asking a husband to rub your back while he’s watching football. Anyway. I left feeling just as much pain as I arrived and I won’t be back. I literally was ready to get off the table halfway through. Unfortunately I tipped online BEFORE my massage. The reason for two stars is the ease of scheduling and paying and paperwork before you show up.
