So, just as a warning to everyone to avoid my issue: the salon no longer books via online website. If the appointment page isn’t loading- that’s why! Appointments are recommended and you need to make them via phone call or in-person discussion. I made an online appointment about 3 weeks ago and they couldn’t see it when I showed up because that website feature is gone. Despite not knowing about my appointment at 0930, they still were able to fit me in and were so polite about the mixup. The technician was efficient, thorough, and quick, even though I could see that they were swamped with customers. Gel manicure and regular pedicure were wonderful. They took great care to shape my cuticles and nails, listen to what I wanted (color and nail shape), and treated me kindly even though I could tell I was not expected and they were super busy.

I have a go to nail salon in LR that I love but I recently moved to Sherwood and wanted to find somewhere closer. Kayla was recommended by a friend. I made a late appointment and I was very impressed. The inside was clean and organized. Everything was nicely decorated and very modern. The color selection was great with a lot of options. I had a deluxe pedicure and I’ve never had someone pay so much attention to my feet. The woman who helped me did an awesome job. My heels were scrubbed to perfection and are still soft. The man who did my manicure was equally impressive.

I went here two times and I have (Lucy) I now only trust to do my nails. However, she wasn’t available when I went on this appointment so a person who appeared to be the manager was the only person available. I paid $71 for two manicures and it was so bad on mine from the manager, that it hurts. My cuticles were totally destroyed. It was the person managing and constantly answering the phone during the appointment. He was so distracted and answering calls the entire manicure. I finally asked him if he valued my time too. My daughter had to wait 15 minutes for him to finally finish my manicure. Now my cuticles are so destroyed I am not sure what to do to heal them. I have never had this happen as a result of the manicure. A refund should be given for at least my service as my daughter had a wonderful person who helped her. This image is 2 days post manicure.

Love this place! They never make you feel rushed and they do a fantastic job! Other salons will grind off gel nail polish. They take the time to soak them off and do it the correct way so it doesn’t damage your nails like grinding does. It’s best to make an appointment if you can. I will continue to go back! This place is beautiful! Very clean! I loved that I could schedule an appointment! There was not a long wait for me, with being scheduled. I was welcomed and greeted as soon as I walked in❤ Excellent customer service, they were kind, certious, and well mannered. They seem to want things done perfectly. Loved how they have a system to check in at in front of the door when you arrive. The spa pedicure chairs are so comfortable. I absolutely love the light fixtures they decided to decorate with! Great music they even have TV too! After your 5th visit they give you about 10% off your next visit.I’ll definitely be going back and I do recommend you go!
