The man that works here is rude, rough and has arrogant attitude. When this place first opened they had good work ethic but as the yesrs have gone by the lady that ownes the shop has let the place go down hill. The chairs are old and need replacing, all the polishes are old and need replacing. They dont use the plastic tub liners and their products are cheap. There are better salons in Pleasanton to go to. DON’T go here, not even if you’re desperate. Just do without if it comes to that.

I took my daughter to get her nails done for a Quince, they were the ugliest set I have seen. Reason we went was we were pressed for time and her regular nail tech was booked . This place butchered her nails, they trimmed 2 of them to short and she kept telling me they hurt. Never again!!!! Acrylic nails

I went here for a pedicure and manicure, not a wise decision. When I walked in the man was already giving me attitude about wanting shellac and not polish. The chair they sat me in had rips and they didn’t even use a plastic bag in the tub they just filled it up. They also didn’t tell me how much they charged for shellac on your toes ( it’s $20 ). The lady that was working on me did a great job. I personally just did not like the attitude, uncleanliness, the variety of polish and how the ac felt non existent. It took them 2 hours to do my manicure and pedicure!!! Not worth the $90 charge.

Had my 12 year old get a set within a week they were falling off. She ended up having 3 total come off which made her bleed and have pain. Today does Mark 2 weeks since she had them done however I wasn’t able to bring her after a week when they started falling off due to work.

I went here this afternoon after first going to Sassy’s (Sassy’s was full!) and was seated right away. The chair was ripped where the massage mechanism was protruding through. When I said I can’t sit here (it was really uncomfortable) they started barking at me in broken english. I just stood up and pointed at another chair/station.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful, my guess is they didn’t have competition before the other one opened, a deluxe pedi last 15-20minutes not even exaggerating and that’s with filing, clipping and polish. I’d be interested to see if they do better now with competition. The staff is rude. And really shouldn’t they be able to speak English??
