Positive: Professionalism, QualityUPDATE- I saw Alicia again recently and I’m still so happy with her services! I always leave feeling absolutely beautiful and confident. I’ve been a “walk-in” person my whole life, but she has changed me and earned my loyalty. She’s a genius with haircuts- go see her!!!~~~~~~~I got my first haircut today with Alicia and I can already tell this will be a long-lasting relationship. She is so experienced and an incredible listener. She gave me exactly what I wanted with my hair cut, quickly and confidently too. She explained what she was doing and why. She even earned my trust by showing me just how little she cut off the total length (I’m trying to grow my hair out). Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityAlicia has been doing my hair for over 7 years now. She is excellent at coloring and styling. The cost of my full works was pretty pricey $250.00 includes 15 percent tip. I seem to only go once a year and I was there for 3 hours and Alicia does a fantastic job!I need to remember to ask during consult cost before the work is done.Services: Haircut, Hair coloring, Gloss or Glaze, Hair highlightingAlicia has been doing my hair for over 7 years now. Alicia has been doing my hair for over 7 years now. She is excellent at coloring and styling. The cost of my full works was pretty pricey $250.00 includes 15 percent tip. I seem to only go once a year and I was there for 3 hours and Alicia does a fantastic job!

Now 8 years later I haven’t let anyone else touch my hair! From extensions to going blonde, back to dark and even some bold colors, Kayla always knows how to make my hair dreams come true and my hair has never been healthier. All of the girls there are amazing, the salon has a great energy and is always so clean! I initially started going to Kayla in 2012 when I had a bad experience with another salon where I left with orange hair and chemical burn on my scalp that left my hair needing more than a miracle. Now 8 years later I haven’t let anyone else touch my hair! From extensions to going blonde, back to dark and even some bold colors, Kayla always knows how to make my hair dreams come true and my hair has never been healthier. Critical: ProfessionalismI am disappointed that I need to leave this review but it is necessary. *This is a long review*.My sisters wedding is scheduled for November 6th (3 weeks from now) and had set up hair/makeup services with them way in advance. On August first my sister had let the stylist know how many girls and what services needed and they locked in a price. In September the bride let them know the time frame that we have to work with (which is 10am- 2pm for bride and 3pm for party). Okay no worries, fine so far. Now come yesterday, with only three weeks until wedding, my sister is informed that they will not have enough time to complete the services unless she chooses one of two options. Mind you there were going to be three stylists working on 8 women.Option 1: do NOT get ready at the venue which bride paid extra for bridal suite and early photography there. Instead pay extra to extend checkout at the hotel we will be in to do services there.Or option 2: increase the cost per person by $40 so they can hire on another stylist.This is after we had said we would do our own hair so they could just worry about makeup at the venue and we took out the flower girls hair.Mind you, my sister has already paid for her makeup trial (hadn’t had her hair trial yet) and paid in advance plus partial tip for day of services.I’m sorry but a price was agreed upon KNOWING the amount of services needed AND we even tried to eliminate services to make this work. Getting ready at the hotel is not an option and should not even be suggested when the bride has things scheduled there already.We decided that we would go with another company (That didn’t even hesitate with services/time) and this company lost our business and any future business. My sister is out $70 for the makeup trial and tip, which she understands but this shouldn’t have happened this way. It was totally unprofessional and bad business practice. They left us with hands tied weeks before the day to try to figure something else out or pay them more money. As this company left my best friend and her entire bridal party in a scramble to find a new company just THREE weeks before the wedding.
