was booked yesterday for appointment at 2:00 p.m. and got pushed back to 3:00 p.m. then I was called 10 minutes before the appointment and was asked to reschedule??? Then I was placed on an appointment at 5:00 the same day, I came up to the place snd the manager was supposed to do my hair, the manager wanted to charge me extra because she had different prices almost $100 to take down my hair wash my hair and braid my hair when I clearly stated when I found this person I need someone consistent for 50 to $60 a fair price for take down everything included! Then they schedule me for the next day so I can get a different price with the person I was a originally scheduled with and I got here the next day took my hair out and everything to avoid being charged $30 extra and no one is here!!! This is ridiculous do not schedule with this place I like to support black owned businesses but they are very unprofessional and irresponsible why did I come all the way up here missing money I could have been working and I told the manager this day before this I missed money to get up here and then I reschedule me and then when i grt here no one Is here!!! Not even the manager and she was the one that rescheduled me and she guaranteed me that my stylist would be here!!!! I will never book with this place ever again do not use this place they are bad business and I like to support black people I am black! This is ridiculous I will never book here no one ever book here do not book here!
