Do not go to this place she literally took 3 min on my eyebrows, lip and chin she didn’t even bother to take off my make up off my eyebrows when I told her so she can see the hairs better went home and of course had a lot of hair still I regret spending my money definitely will never go back there and they are not friendly or welcoming

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBad service. This lady station #1 (claims to be owner) did my eyebrows and thinned out one eyebrow so drastic! I never complain when they leave hair after I will just pluck it out myself. But this is thinning out a whole eyebrow and it sucks bc it’s on my face. Once I told her what she did wrong she said I wasn’t welcomed at her store anymore. So disappointed and unsatisfied with my eyebrows. I’ve been coming here since middle school and I never had a problem. She didn’t apologize or nothing all she said that it’s not her fault. that’s not a way to treat a customer. Came here today to do my eyebrows today. I’ve been growing out my eyebrows since the beginning of the epidemic. I’ve been keeping them trimmed. I simply needed a lil shape. Lady who did my eyebrows was obviously upset but I know me and my eyebrows had nothing to do with that. She left my eye / brow skin red and swollen. I specifically said I didn’t want to remove length one was left shorter than the other and there’s hairs that were pulled from places they weren’t meant to be taken from. Two thumbs down. I’ll take my chances and do my own eyebrows until my go to location opens back up.

I used to love this place but now I absolutely hate it they used to make my eyebrows look so good now they will have you walking out regretting it ! (I took a photo on how my eyebrows came out so check it out under Their pictures or click my profile name and look under my photos ) .This is my third time that they have messed up my eyebrows . I told the lady that I really didn’t like how my eyebrows turned out. She was kind enough to fix it but when I was first explaining the problem she looked so dumbfounded by what I was trying to point out. It is obvious in the pictures that I have posted That one eyebrow is higher than the other ! more then once they have done this ! It’s okay. 3 stars because of the affordability, $4.99 for eyebrow threading is a great price. Sometimes it can be busy but they keep a steady pace to get through everyone. I don’t like that there’s no air conditioning though, makes the wait uncomfortable sometimes. There is also a break room opposing the entrance and they never have the break door closed so the employees are just facing you while they eat and stare at the 1 tv they have always blasting music videos or soap operas in the waiting area, a bit unprofessional.

I always go to this threading place when I wanna get them done, I love how they do my eyebrows because they double check if there perfect and shaped. I rlly suggest station 4 and 3 because they actually do them good

They shaped the bottom and took off the sparse hairs from the top and did NOT leave a shape. I had to go home and tweeze the top to make it look like I actually did my eyebrows. The whole process is like 2 minutes from when you sit down on the chair. But then again, it is $5. Either way, not going back.
