OK, So I have been keeping my head shaved altogether for over 20 years now. For one, it’s easy and two, I’m extremely picky about my hair when it is grown out and needs to be cut. I will spare everyone the details, but I decided to grow out my hair after all these years, because my Fiance has always asked me to and we are getting married this November. Happy Wife, happy life, right?? So I took the dive…. In the past I found that I like a high and tight fade, but the problem was, I always had a problem finding someone who could actually pull it off. It’s funny now that I look back it it, but there was actually a time where I got my hair cut at two different locations for two different things. I would go to 1 spot for the fade and a second place to get the top cut just to get the hair cut I wanted. I can go on and on about my haircut adventures, but all I really have/need to say is that Kadri (the owner) at Kaya is THE MAN!! I told him what kind of cut I wanted, showed him some pics and viola! He gave me the exact cut I wanted. The vibe in the salon was welcoming and made me feel at home and the other stylist there seemed very friendly. Needless to say, if anyone is hesitant about finding the right salon for your hair needs, I 110% recommended this place. Ask for Kadri…You will not be disappointed.
