There is inflation in the country. But not 20%. You cannot increase per hair cut $15 to $18 at once which is 20%. Cleanliness is a basic and all time requirement from a barber shop. Keep it up. Haircut

Business hours are not as listed. I reached at 10:35 on a Sunday. The lady arrived around 10:45 and started cleaning. Told me to wait for another 10 min while she finishes cleaning. When I asked about the timing, she became defensive and started telling me how customers need to account for cleaning time after opening time. Ridiculous. I asked her to wash hands and she just told that she prefers to sanitize instead. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. Wont recommend.

I’ve been going here for the past 7 years to get my eyebrows threaded and love it. They are professional, clean, and you will love the prices! I’ve tried other places due to distance but no comparison to Kayas. Worth the drive.

The old man who does the men’s haircuts seems greedy. Been couple of times here and always asks for tips before you even say something and when you pay by card, he just adds more to the tips than what you ask him to include as the tip amount. Also oil massage for head is not good with this fellow. May be the other guy does it good as I heard from my friends that he does really good and is polite. But the old man’s work is kind of OK. Not like too good nor bad.

Worst Salon and service is pathetic. Not at all recommended. Bad customer service I have ever seen in this area. Would likely to recommend other salon in nearby but dun visit there if you value your time.
