I went for relaxation & pedicure but I had bad service today. I went in for pedicure which she did great up to the point messed my nail by forcing my sandal in. So she had to fix my toe. However, I’ve waited an hour!!!! and some girl had the audacity to tell me “I can leave now” instead of asking me “if there’s something wrong. What was I waiting for” The lady who was doing my nail in first place did one coat and continue on to another girl pedi. she made me wait to be done with her which I think she was expecting to just fix it with the clear coat (it did not fix).I did not leave this place 2 1/2hrs of my time which should’ve of been 50mins max. Ruined my relaxation but I kept calm & patience but at the end I was frustrated how I was handle. So brings me to here writing this post giving a bad review all those lady’s that were wondering around could’ve of asked & helped because not ever coming back. A coworker was doing her own pedicure while I am still waiting. Everyone watching me wait instead of helping!!!and that stupid lady telling me “I can leave” …. like I am paying for relaxation & my toes to be done RIGHT. Tipped $2 because not that mean. lol At the end she still messed up!

It was a HORRIBLE experience. All the employees are angry and take out on the customer. I went in there for my wedding nails and the man who did my hands was rude and mean to me when by mistake I got fuzzies on my nails, he was so angry fixing them and he kept talking about me to the other employees in such an ugly tone, it was so bad!! Then the girl who did my pedicure was also rude and became mad when I pointed out to say if she could fix my nail on one corner, then immediately yelled at me and told me”hey don’t touch”! I was yelled at in a public place filled with strangers, it was extremely humiliating to say the least. Then started banging the nail polish on the table she had next to her and looked at me with the meanest evil look. They don’t care about customer’s experience at this place and all employees there need anger management. I witnessed a fight/argument between two employees over an open nail polish that fell and broke. Very unprofessional to argue in front of customers. All services were paid + tip. But I will never go back and will tell all my friends and family not to go there. Again, horrible experience. If I could I would rate it 0 stars.

I had a horrible experience. I came and for relaxation and it turned out to be devastating. The male (maybe manager) was very rude. His demeanor was aggressive and confrontational. He made me feel very uncomfortable. The pink color that I had chosen they were out of. He became upset with me when I did not like the color he had selected and wanted to look at other colors. He started to grumble out loud and waving his hands in a confrontational manner. Finally a lady technician noticed his behavior and came over to do my nails. I would have left earlier, but he already had my nails wrapped in foil. I would never want anyone to experience what I did and would never recommend this shop to anyone.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went with some out of town friends to get pedicures and we had such a good time! They were very punctual and very attentive. My toes and feet look and feel great. Snow did a wonderful job. My friend said it was the best pedicure they had ever had. The price was just right and the atmosphere was great.
