This was my Second time here… Horrible experience. The owner did my nails, but I could’ve done a better job doing them myself and I’m not exaggerating. I got my LCN gel fill-in with gel nail polish. Not only did he completely mess up the shapes of all of my nails, but He left my nails rough, and then applied the polish. Did not apply an LCN clear coat prior to applying polish like everywhere does (as they are supposed to). The pink gel was seeping through when he was finished applying 3 coats of the off white color that I chose, and he was going to let me leave there with them looking like that blaming it on OPI being too thin. He finally changed the polish, but they were still a mess. Gel and nail polish all around my nails, just beyond sloppy looking. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+ years, I have e never had an experience like this is my life. You recently moved to Butler, my usual nail place is in Wayne, I just wanted something closer to home… big mistake on my part. If you do decide to visit here, ask for Susie. She’s amazing. She did my nails the first time I went. I wish I went to her instead of getting stuck with this guy.

Been looking for a close, consistent place to go to for my nails. I’ve been getting dip powder but decided to switch to acrylic since you can’t do anything fun with dip. My friend recommended this place so I went and they took off the dip and put on acrylic French at a reasonable price and did a phenomenal job. I will DEFINITELY be going back. And it’s only 3 min from where I work. So happy and excited to have found a place where I actually love how they do my nails and it’s not just “eh, good enough.” And a plus – the ladies are so cute & sweet who work there!

I wanted to try somewhere closer and my nail had been broken, I called Kay’s and they got me in same day after work. They are on my way home & I was seen right away, no waiting! She was able to fix my nail and took great care of me. My gels came out great and I will definitely be back!!

I went to Kay nails for the first time today after being recommended by my friend Gabby. I wanted something very particular and never thought they’d be able to do it AND exceed my expectations. I have floated around to different nail salons in the Butler area for years. This was my first time going to Kay Nails. I was happy with my experience. The pedicure was thorough, I didn’t feel rushed, the girls made nice conversation and in my opinion also have a good price point.

I’ve had several disappointing experiences on Route 23, especially as it is tough to find nail salons that are open on Sundays (which tends to be my availability). I came back to Kay Nails for the 3rd time today, as they have experience and an excellent technique when applying a full gel set. Danny was very kind when I explained that I’d be traveling for three weeks and I really needed them to look good – he promised they would last for two months! They know what they’re doing here – my last two sets lasted well into two weeks. I will now see how they are after three weeks, but they are strong, thin and clean lines (unlike the last place I went to, which left me with a goopy set that started falling off the day after..!) I will be back, even though they are closed on Sundays!
