The haircut was great. The people were super friendly, but there was no thank you for the generous tip, there was no have a nice day, but there was frustration due to how long it took to cut my hair. I’d possibly be willing to give it another try with a different stylist. They did however, squeeze me in last minute, so there’s that.

First time there, staff was really friendly. I had Rachel, she did a fabulous job on my haircut and highlights. I would highly recommend her!!! Reasonable pricing compared to other salons. Just an FYI, make sure you bring cash to tip. I wasn’t aware that they don’t have that option when you pay by card. But I will definitely be back next Saturday to tip her.

I love this salon! The owner, Kate, is very friendly, as is all of the other staff. They always have cool new professional products in the shop and it’s worth it to pop in even if you’re just looking at the products. Great place to get a cut or style!

Staff friendly and courteous- made effort to get my Mother in for a hair cut/style same day. Accommodated nicely as she is disabled so made it work to get to the shampoo bowl. April was warm and personable, made her comfortable and also helped to make her day with much needed pampering. Parked close and very small step up if not the handicap ramp. Easy in and out. Priced very fair within our budget. How refreshing after lots of running on a hot day!! Thank you!!

I I moved about 25 minutes away from the salon and I started going to a couple other salons and one of them was a real expensive one and I just had to come back to Kay Marie’s salon to see Karen because she is so awesome and always does exactly what I need her to do to my hair.

we booked an appointment and when we got there it was fine. My daughter had a specific hair cut she wanted. She made it clear she did not want a short boy cut. She just wanted 1 in off bottom of her bob hair cut and she also wanted the ends more choppy instead of straight across . She also wanted a little face framing. She had my daughter turned away from mirror and proceeded to cut her hair into a boy cut. Complete with tight to the neck and a weird bowl cut with bangs in the front. It is terrible. My daughter cried all night and did not want to go to school. I saw my daughter show the hair person the picture 3 times and she specified not a boy cut. The photo had hair between shoulder and chin. How and why the stylist kept chopping her hair, I DO NOT KNOW. But we will never go back again. What a waste of our time, our money, and the person did not know what the heck they were doing. Almost to the shoulder length is NOT A MANS/BOY HAIRCUT.

I had a nice young lady cut my hair. She was very friendly and she fantastic job. The only thing I didn’t like was the chemical smell from perms. With that said I will keep going there. I was very happy with the service.
