Kay did a great job on hair that hadn’t been cut for 9 months or colored for 6!! And I was a new client for her! I gave her the rundown on what I wanted and the only things that weren’t perfect weren’t her fault. I neglected to tell her I wanted my bangs angled and that my hair always comes out darker than most with colors. Again these weren’t her fault and I’m still thrilled with my hair. Hairdresser failed to listen to me when I told her how I wanted my hair cut. I explained in detail when I first arrived and when she didn’t cut it right I told her again. After the second attempt I didn’t want tell her she still didn’t get it short enough for fear of her messing up my hair on purpose in anger.
