Kay is simply amazing. She has been doing my hair since I moved out of the city, and her quality and prices can’t be beat. She’s super sweet and a fun conversationalist to boot. She always does a great job with the color and cut, and I’m hoping to try out the digital perm soon. She has so much knowledge on working with Asian hair specifically, and is always realistic about expectations. Won’t be going to anyone else!

Kay’s quality of service and pricing are amazing. She is very knowledable about Asian hair. She provided me useful advice to address my damanged hair and transformed it to something wonderful. I love the color (with highlights) and the cut, and am very pleased with the final style. We had fun conversation and my 3 hours with her just passed by fast. Her studio in Work Loft is clean and comfortable. Parking is easy and free. I highly recommend her!

I was looking for a local hair salon in the area and saw all the positive reviews here. Kay is not only friendly but also very knowledgable and professionally skilled! She knew my natural hair type very well and beautifully trimmed/layered according to it. She also told me she visits Asia every year to take hair design classes there, which really shows how she’s consistently improving and learning new hairstyle trends.

I have been to three hair salons in Seattle area to do digital perm, and by far, this is my favorite place. It is by appointment only, and i was the only client today, and i felt being taken care of really well. The owner keeps the studio really organized and clean. She communicates with customer well and makes the customer comfortable and relaxing the entire time. From cut, wash and digital perm, the entire process took less than three hours. My hair looks great afterwards. It is exactly what i want. i won’t hesitate recommend this place to anyone.
