Amazing, doesn’t even begin to describe the experience. I tried the 60 min massage full body , Swedish massage with hot stone. I have never felt so relaxed and light . My back, my shoulders, my fingers , arms and legs especially ,had knotted muscles . And needless to say I feel as light as a feather. They are very very professional, Good lighting , good music and EXTREMELY TALENTED MASSEUSE. MUST GO if in Deerfield. If you have never had a massage , this would be a really good place to begin from. A very therapeutic and relaxing process.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went to Kay foot spa this past Monday because I had some aches in my back. I chose the Swedish massage and hot stones. It was one of the WORST massages in my life. I get there they pull me back. The gentleman never tells me which way to lay on the table so I lay the wrong way. He stayed in the room while I flipped around. Didn’t even give me the privacy to get out. While I finally faced the right way looking down through the hole it was dirty!!! There was dirty masks on the ground and lint. The guy masseuse was very rough and aggressive with every single body part. He did not ask once if the pressure was ok. I felt like he was punching and slapping me the entire time. The whole time I couldn’t wait to be done and go to a different massage to fix whatever mess he was gonna make of my back. Every time he would move my arm or leg he would slam it back aggressively. After he was done with the oils he was using a dry towel to essential clean me. It was awful. For the hot stones I was practically being burnt with them. This was by the worst massage I’ve get had in my life. Also they are more expensive on Groupon then in person. I went to Kay foot spa this past Monday because I had some aches in my back. I chose the Swedish massage and hot stones. It was one of the WORST massages in my life. I get there they pull me back. The gentleman never tells me which way to lay on the table so I lay the wrong way. He stayed in the room while I flipped around. Didn’t even give me the privacy to get out. For $30 we got a full hour of foot, arm, neck and back massage (fully clothed and in a public setting). Linda, an older Chinese lady, was nice and made sure I was comfortable. I would come back again because of the great value. The bonus is that it’s a local business!

This place is Deerfield’s hidden gem. If you’re looking for a inexpensive relaxing spa without all the frills, you’re at the right place. The staff are all well trained and professional. The spa is always clean and has all the Covid safety measures in place all for only $30/hour. For $50, you can get a private room that allows to request deep tissue, tops off, hot stone, ashiatsu (back walking), and more personalized trigger point therapy. If you want deep, Henry and Kay (the owner) are the best.
