With more than three decades of experience in hair styling and fashion, Kawa has opened his newest concept: Kawa’s Salon & Couture. Continuing the tradition of Family Clips, a south-of-the-river-staple for decades, Kawa’s Cuts and Couture provides premium women’s and men’s hair services. As a fresh take on the salon model, Kawa’s Cuts and Couture has a boutique that sells Kawa’s own line of handbags, Pamo, along with women’s clothing and accessories.

To clean up hair color, he grabbed a used towel from the bin to wipe off my cape and the floor. He took me to the bowl to rinse, but said I needed to sit a little longer. He went back to eat his lunch, then came back, washed his hands and used the same used towel to dry them. I was constantly worried I would be next, but no, used a clean towel to dry me. Great with my teen daughter cutting her long hair to above her shoulders. Kept us both engaged in conversation with such an uplifting vibe. He is the only one my daughter is willing to allow to cut her hair now. Great atmosphere and very welcoming.
