Way too overpriced. I have gone to different nail salons in Seattle and have not been charged the amount Kwaii nails charges. They didn’t cut my boyfriends cuticles and were not friendly to us. When we went to go pay I didn’t tip because the service I had was not great. But the lady at the register DEMANDED a tip. That was not right of her. Two pedicures and spent almost 100 dollars to be disappointed by our experience. Will not be coming again.

They were very nice, but three stars is being generous. They’re fine if you are looking for the most basic pedicure. Really all it was was a foot soak, lotion on my legs and painted nails. They barely exfoliated my heels or cuticles (I had to do it when I got home), and what they did was a bit rough/painful and very fast. Nails were just a base coat and one coat of polish. For $34 I have received a lot more care and quality. I’ll look for another salon.

I asked when do they have time on their agenda to do so and the woman at the counter said anytime after 3:30. HORRIBLE. I got a GEL MANICURE here YESTERDAY which by the way is very expensive, and it has already chipped. It haven’t even been 24 hours when I noticed it has chipped. It’s GEL. that should not happen. On top of that the colors they used seemed dry so when on my nail you could see the discoloration from the brush strokes because the color wasn’t opaque enough. Nice people but horrible horrible job done. Also the lady demanded I give her coworker a tip (I was obviously going to anyway??? I’m a college student and I look young so her telling me to tip felt terrible like she expected I wouldn’t tip.) overall completely underwhelmed by the experience and honestly very dissapoknted.

I didn’t check this place out after seeing some of the negative comments but I’m really sorry now – this place was great! Fit me in with 15 minutes notice, did a great mani/pedi and provided terrific service. Clean, bright – in fact maybe the only negative I can say is that it’s a little too bright to take a nap during the fantastic message time! Will be my new regular spot
