Critical: QualityPedicure was nicely done. Can’t say the same for the nails. I sat in the nail chair for a half hour while they worked on someone that sat down after me. The tech that did my nails was able to start as soon as I sat down but was running around the shop. All I wanted was a fill. They removed my set, very painful, and gave me a new set. The new set has no nail bed shape, they are flat. The square round tip shape I requested … well, they aren’t and I’m not sure what shape they are. Sides are all rough. My tech put my feet in cold water instead of letting it get warm. They advertised a charcoal pedicure on 2/5 pages and didn’t have charcoal. Said callus removal was extra, but it was included in the option I chose. She put the gel lamp on in a way that it was touching my nail. I told her and she said, “it’s only the clear,” like it was no problem and then did the same thing when she put the color on. So the polish was messed up from the beginning.

The worst lounge I’ve been to. My nails are filed down so thin as a piece of paper. The nails are done quickly and not accurately. I have two layers on one hand and three layers on the other, which can be seen from a distance. I paid 70$ for something I can take off immediately and I have to wait two months for my nails to grow back. I advise you to avoid it

Expensive for what they offer. Everything was an up charge. Typical for Hawaii, so I wasn’t that surprised. All 3 of our pedicures polish is coming off day 1. And they charged 10 for my toddlers “manicure” and it came off within hours, for that price I’d expect her to have more of an experience. I paid extra for the callus remover…still have rough calluses. Disappointed. They were tidy and clean, and there’s AC. So 2 stars.

I got my nails done here yesterday and they look amazing!! My nails were a mess and they took the time to remove the bad gel polish and make sure my nails were still healthy. I had them do the dipped powder and they look amazing! I would highly recommend them!!

It had been a few years since patronizing this business and since I had good service before, I thought I’d get a pedicure. I was really treating myself and looking forward to a nice massage so I spent the $45 to get the hot stone massage.

Nice people, decent prices. But they don’t use toe separators, they use folded paper towels and they used such a small amount that my pinky toe was compromised! It wasn’t fully separated so the polish came off my nail onto my skin. looks kind of ghetto for a $30 pedicure 🙁

The nail tech that helped me refused to do my nails because I asked him to show me the nail color on my nail. He was very rude and made a scene. The rest of the staff was kind and apologized stating it was a language barrier but he was rolling his eyes before the blow up. I waited 3 days to do my nails there based on a recommendation. They offered to do my nails but I just cleaned my nails and left. I was in tears. Never have been treated this way before. Never will return.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I unfortunately have had several very unpleasant experiences at this nail salon. They DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS PERIOD. They discriminate and will not take appointments if you aren’t a local and appear to be a tourist. I have called several times asking if they were busy, or if I could make an appointment but they insist on “walk ins only”. (I live far away and have young children so using my time wisely is important). Every time I walk in there’s a 30-45 minute wait. Plus the service is extremely slow. I am a busy mom with a busy life. So, taking 2 hours out of my day to get my nails done is absurd. Yet, they will sit and reserve times for regulars that come in and they get service immediately. Their costumer service is severally poor, do not speak english, and are rude while sitting down. My woman checked her phone about every minute and had conversations with her young son on his ipad. I left crying one day because of their discrimination towards me. I highly DO NOT recommend this establishment in ALL regards.
