Lana is incredibly talented and just what I was looking for! I’ve developed an interest in fascia and the important roll it plays in our body, I found her since I was looking for someone with knowledge in the myofascial technique. I am pregnant so it was also a prenatal massage. She aced both! She was incredibly gentle yet was able to truly release my tight fascia. She recognized the pattern of where my pain was coming from and gently worked to release it. A knowledgeable professional of her craft. She has the strength, pressure, technique, awareness, and patience to work the muscle knots all the way to the end so they actually release.
