Do not cone to this place. My massage was ok, but when it was time to leave the lady was trying to force to pay a tip of $20. She pulled out my cc receipt and said she could add it. I was very upset. I had a tip in cash and she said it was enough. That was very unprofessional and made me feel I cannot trust this place. Don’t waste your time.

I called and the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and said sure we’ll get you in right now come on . I arrived and I explained to the lady what I wanted she said pay $60 cash now that it’s the owners policy and not hers. I bet she is one of the owners. I have never been to a place that demands payment before services except maybe a wellness plan that’s paid in advance for perks or cost savings. She tried to help me but every time I asked what type of massage would I be getting could it be sports massage or deep tissue she just kept pointing to the 8×10 menu posted on the wall and the price kept going up. There was no way I was going to pay in advance for services that she herself is having a hard time explaining to me. I thanked her and left. I wish I would have read the other reviews before wasting my trip there but at least I found another massage place down the road.

My wife and I live close to Thai Katy Massage so we thought we would give it a try. We did a couples massage and we really enjoyed it. The facility was clean, professional, and the massage was very nice. For us to spend the money for a massage is a big treat, so a good experience is important. My wife and I agreed it was a fantastic experience and the fastest hour we have ever spent…As the saying goes, “Time flies when your having fun”. I highly recommend going there. I did not catch the name of the ladies that gave us our massage, but everything was just right: hot towels with eucalyptus, relaxing atmosphere, perfect pressure, and talented feet.

For my first time it was fine. They are really straight forward with the 20% tip so please expect that. She explained that the divide the tips between ALL workers. Island was great and very attentive to my needs. I was a walk in and was well received.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. I went there just the other day and there were no issues. The only thing I can think of is that people are getting confused on which massage place in Katy they are reviewing. My experience here was great and I have always been sceptical of massage places but this place here was great. I had been sore from traveling and stressed so I stopped by this place and my experience was great I would say honestly the best massage ever! You will pay upfront but come on stop being petty people- doing a massage for an hour is hard work so don’t review so harshly. The place was clean and the people were friendly and again the massage was great.

+5 for the sweetheart of a girl that does the massage, -2 stars for the manager (? The one with tattoos) She does insist you tip first which I only think hurts the tips cause you really don’t have anything to go off of, and she will ask you to add $10 to whatever you’d planned on tipping. Had I been allowed to tip after the massage I would have probably gone higher based on the massage, but I don’t carry cash and wasn’t going to have my card run again. Maybe on the next visit I’ll pay card for the service and tip cash to the therapist directly

This place is horrible!!DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!Multiple issues. As many have said they ask you to pay first. I get plenty of massages and this was a first. Secondly they do not have massage tables, it is a bed. I had doubts at that point but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Than the front lady who took my money was my massager. She began, similar to another review she pulled my panties down and massaged my bootie with her elbow. Seemed weird and was not relaxing. I lifted my head up and the lady was on her phone. She immediately said just my screen saver. I got up and told her this is weird and we are stopping this massage. I than said I want a refund and she kept saying just my screen saver. I have no clue if this lady took pictures of me or not. I will be reporting them on Monday. I did get a refund but feel extremely violated. My only fault here is I read some but not all the reviews. This place may do more than just a massage and I was not trying to find out!!! CLOSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT

If there was a such thing as a zero star thats exactly what I would rate this place. I have never been to a place and been so unhappy and disappointed. First off, they make you pay before your massage upfront. I was very annoyed since I didn’t even know if i would like the service. Second, the massage was horrible. In fact there was nothing thai, Swedish, or relaxing about it. The lady was punching me in my shoulder blades, and I came out of my massage in more pain then when i did coming in. Then the lady basically begged for a $20 tip she really didn’t deserve and was rude about it. I ended up giving her a $12 tip and I just left. I’m never going back. Do yourself a favor and book a massage somewhere else, because they dont care about the customer, only money.
