What a change in my skin! The staff is always so kind and accommodating, even on a snow day they allowed me to bring in my child (when I tried to move my appt).I have been seen by Cathy, Jasmine, and Angela and would highly recommend all 3 of them. I have been going to Kattine now for over a year and just signed up for the program where I get discounted units and a facial every month. What a change in my skin! The staff is always so kind and accommodating, even on a snow day they allowed me to bring in my child (when I tried to move my appt).

Positive: Punctuality, ValueOffice is very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. The skin care products are of high quality and value. My skin has never felt or looked better. I highly recommend Kattine Aesthetics.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to Kattine for Botox. I am an injection RN myself and have been receiving Botox and giving Botox to my patients since 2007. I am retired and no longer doing Botox or I would have done my own. I received 40 units which was fine I usually would give myself 36 but it had been about 9 months since my last round. I have never not gotten full results in 3-5 days. I waited two full weeks and still had absolutely zero results. I went back and the nurse agreed there were no results said it was possibly a “bad lot” and gave me another 40 units. It has now been ten days since my second round of injections and still no results. The practice manager believes these to be “good results” and therefore would not refund my money! If this is what they consider to be results wow has the bar gone down, I would never let a patient leave my clinic with those results. When you spend $500 for Botox you expect good results. If I ever had a patient in 13 years show me these kind of results (which I never did) I would be mortified. As a practitioner and a patient I would never recommend this place for Botox.
